What Is Hydrofascia Release?2025-12-19T12:01:54+00:00

Hydrofascia Release is an advanced, ultrasound-guided injection technique that delivers a specialized solution precisely between fascial layers or within fascial abnormalities. This solution may include:

  • Local anesthetics

  • Corticosteroids

  • Dextrose prolotherapy

  • Hyaluronic acid

  • Orthobiologics

Each treatment is uniquely tailored to the patient’s injury and fascial type, providing individualized care far beyond standard hydrodissection or hydrorelease procedures. The result? Targeted pain relief and improved function where you need it most.

What Does Hydrofascia Release Treat?2025-12-19T11:52:17+00:00

Hydrofascia Release targets fascial restrictions that contribute to chronic pain, limited movement, and various musculoskeletal conditions. By addressing fascial abnormalities, this procedure aims to restore function, alleviate discomfort, and support long-term mobility.

How Does Fascial Mapping® Work?2025-12-02T19:20:53+00:00

Fascial Mapping® offers a comprehensive, one-hour ultrasound evaluation of over 100 potential fascial restriction points across the body. This detailed assessment covers major and specific areas, such as:

  • Rotator cuff

  • Median and ulnar nerves

  • IT band

  • Patellar tendon

  • Achilles tendon

By identifying imbalances, restrictions, and areas of dysfunction, Fascial Mapping® provides the foundation for a customized treatment plan. Insights from this in-depth exam are used to create a precise Hydrofascial Release™ strategy, ensuring effective, long-lasting relief.

What are the different types of Hydrofascia Release?2025-12-19T12:02:58+00:00

Hydrofascia Release (HFR) is an ultrasound-guided technique that may be used in different ways depending on tissue behavior and clinical goals.

HFR is offered in two approaches:

HFR-A (Anti-Inflammatory):
Used when inflammation is a primary factor. This approach includes a targeted anti-inflammatory component to help calm irritated tissue and support symptom relief.

HFR-P (Prolotherapy):
Used to support longer-term tissue repair and fascial resilience. This approach combines Hydrofascia Release with prolotherapy to stimulate the body’s natural repair response.

Both approaches use the same precise Hydrofascia Release technique. The appropriate option is determined during evaluation.
