At FIT Los Angeles, transparency and trust are at the heart of our care. We believe every patient deserves to understand the expected costs of their treatment before scheduling services.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are self-pay or uninsured have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the anticipated charges for medical services.
A Good Faith Estimate helps you understand what costs to expect for your evaluation and treatment — there are no hidden fees or surprise bills.

Requesting a Good Faith Estimate

You are entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate:

  • Before scheduling a service, or

  • At any time during your care at FIT Los Angeles.

We will provide a written estimate within a reasonable time frame, typically within three business days of your request or appointment scheduling.

Updates to Fees

FIT Los Angeles operates as a fee-for-service practice. If any changes to service fees occur, patients will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance, as required by law.

  • The Good Faith Estimate shows the expected cost of services based on the information available at the time of scheduling.

  • Actual charges may vary depending on your individual clinical needs and treatment plan.

  • The estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to receive care at FIT Los Angeles.
