The Original Fascia Institute

Fascia is a vital organ. We treat it like one.

At The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center® (FIT), we are redefining what it means to move, perform, and feel your best with fascia-focused treatment and care. Fascia connects muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, skin, and even your heart and lungs — and its health shapes your mobility, performance, and overall well-being.

Led by Jacques Courseault, MD, a pioneer in fascia-focused research and clinical care, FIT combines advanced ultrasound imaging with innovative therapies — including Hydrofascia Release™ — to assess and restore fascia function at the root.

Continuity of Care

A new chapter in fascia care.

Patients familiar with Dr. Jacques Courseault’s work at Tulane University can now receive care directly through The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center®.

FIT represents the evolution of his fascia-focused research and clinical approach — expanded access to advanced ultrasound imaging, Hydrofascia Release™, and comprehensive fascia care, including specialized treatment through our Hypermobility & EDS Clinic — in a dedicated, patient-centered environment.

What we do

Three signature offerings, built around the fascial network.

Every patient’s care starts here. Fascial Mapping® identifies what to treat. Hydrofascia Release™ and ProloBoost Dual PRP do the work.

FM

Fascial Mapping®

A full-body ultrasound assessment of the fascial network. We identify the highest-priority sites — and which interventions are most likely to help — before treatment begins.

HR

Hydrofascia Release™

Ultrasound-guided hydrodissection developed in our clinic. Performed with an anti-inflammatory approach (HFR-A) for acute irritation, or with dextrose prolotherapy (HFR-P) as a four-treatment series for long-term tissue repair.

PB

ProloBoost Dual PRP

High-dose, supraphysiologic PRP using the EmCyte double-spin kit, with surrounding dextrose prolotherapy to support the whole system. Photobiomodulation included; follow-up at the third visit.

Specialized Program

Comprehensive care for hypermobility & EDS.

A structured five-visit physician-led protocol for patients with hypermobility spectrum disorder, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, POTS, and the overlapping connective-tissue conditions that rarely fit a single-specialty workup.

Coordinated for in-state and out-of-state patients alike — same protocol, two delivery rhythms.

“Fascia is the connective tissue of the body. We built FIT around the idea that it should also be the connective tissue of your care — the one thing that ties every joint, every symptom, and every specialty together.”
