1. Our Commitment
At The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center (“FIT”), we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient. To ensure that we can accommodate all patients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to the full appointment fee.

This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full appointment fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to schedule future visits.
4. Late Arrivals
Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the full appointment fee will still apply.
5. Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of FIT’s clinical staff in cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
