Personalized Custom Supplementation
Your labs. Your genes. Your formula.
FIT Formula is your one-of-one compounded supplement, built from your bloodwork and your FIT GPS™ genomic results — at the doses, ratios, and active forms your body actually uses. Start today on our FIT Bridge Blend while your FIT Formula is built.
· One bottle, one patient
· Adjusted as your labs improve
· Bridge support starts today
Why This Matters
Two patients can take the same supplement — and respond completely differently.
The supplement aisle is built for the average person. You are not the average person. Your genes determine how well you methylate folate, absorb vitamin D, synthesize collagen, and clear oxidative stress. Your bloodwork tells us which of those systems are short on fuel right now. A generic multivitamin cannot answer either question.
FIT Formula is our custom-compounded supplement — one bottle made for one person, you. We translate your labs and your FIT GPS™ results into a single formulation, produced for us by our compounding pharmacy partner, VitaminLab. No five-supplement stack. No inactive forms your body can’t use. No doses calibrated to the average healthy adult instead of to your labs and your genome.
Custom compounding takes time. While your FIT Formula is being built, we start you on the FIT Bridge Blend so support begins on day one — not six weeks from now.
How It Works
A four-step process, built around your data.
Test, bridge, formulate, and re-test. Your formula is never static — it evolves as your bloodwork evolves and as your lifestyle changes affect what your body actually absorbs.
Comprehensive Labs.
Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, magnesium, zinc, copper, homocysteine, hs-CRP, omega-3 index, and additional markers based on your presentation. We see exactly what is — and isn’t — circulating in your blood today.
What you are deficient in · what is inflamed · what is depleted
FIT GPS™ Genomic Screen.
Our genomic performance screen maps how your body uses nutrients — methylation, collagen synthesis, antioxidant defense, vitamin D receptor function, detox pathways. Genes don’t change, so GPS runs once and informs every formula we ever build for you.
Active forms you can use · doses you’ll need · what to avoid
FIT Bridge Blend — Start Today.
While your FIT Formula is being compounded, we start you on the FIT Bridge Blend — our in-house signature formula for baseline fascia, connective tissue, and (where it applies) hypermobility support. Many patients continue it alongside their FIT Formula long-term.
Support begins on day one — not six weeks from now
Your FIT Formula.
Approximately a few weeks after we submit your labs, GPS results, diagnosis, and clinical goals to our compounding pharmacy, a single bottle arrives with your name on it — methylfolate over folic acid where your genes demand it, magnesium glycinate over oxide, the right zinc-to-copper ratio, the precise doses your bloodwork calls for.
2–4 weeks lab + GPS · 1–2 weeks formulation · ship to your door
Ongoing Care
Your formula evolves as you do.
We re-check your labs over time and adjust the formulation. Your nutrient needs are not static — lifestyle, stress, sleep, training load, and gut health all change what you actually absorb and what your body is using up.
Repleting what’s missing.
If your bloodwork shows you’re significantly behind on a nutrient — vitamin D in the teens, ferritin in the single digits, B12 frankly depleted — we start at a higher loading dose to catch you up. Once your labs come back into range, the formula is rebuilt at a lower maintenance dose. The goal is replete, then sustain.
When real life changes your needs.
Pregnancy, perimenopause, a new training block, GI inflammation, a course of antibiotics, a high-stress chapter, a change in alcohol intake — all of these change what your body actually absorbs and uses. We re-check labs and adjust. Your formula at month twelve should not be a photocopy of your formula at month one.
Re-test, then re-formulate.
Most patients re-check a focused lab panel every 3–6 months. As deficiencies correct, inflammation markers drop, and clinical priorities shift, we submit an updated brief and your FIT Formula evolves. No guessing — every change is anchored to objective data from your bloodwork.
Built around your treatment, not parallel to it.
Your FIT Formula is built to support what we’re doing clinically — fascia recovery after Hydrofascia Release™, connective tissue support for hypermobility/EDS, methylation correction for folate-dependent patients, recovery cofactors for athletes. Your supplements should serve the treatment plan, not compete with it.
Consider FIT Formula if you’ve ever wondered:
| i.Why your supplement drawer keeps growing but you don’t feel different | ii.Whether you’re taking the right form of folate or B12 for your MTHFR profile |
| iii.Why your vitamin D won’t move despite a daily 5,000 IU dose | iv.Whether collagen, magnesium, or both is actually what your tissue needs |
| v.How to support recovery after Hydrofascia Release™ or PRP at the cellular level | vi.How to consolidate five bottles a day into one bottle built for you |
