At The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center, we believe in price transparency so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Note: Sometimes treatment appointments can occur on the same day. In these cases, multiple charges may apply for the different services provided during that visit.

Payment Policy (Louisiana):
Payment is collected at the time of booking for new patient visits and hypermobility intakes. Any additional services provided during the visit will be charged at the time of the appointment.
A 3% service fee will be added to all payments made by credit or debit card. Avoid the fee with ACH or check payment
