Director of Clinical Medicine | Family Nurse Practitioner

Kelli Morrell serves as the Director of Clinical Medicine at The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center, where she delivers specialized care for both adolescent and adult patients. She has a strong clinical focus in sports medicine, hypermobility, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, with advanced expertise in fascia-related conditions, mast cell disease, dysautonomia, and other complex connective tissue disorders.

With more than 15 years of nursing and advanced practice experience, Kelli has cared for patients in a wide range of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, and retail health. She is skilled in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions, supporting post-surgical recovery, and guiding patients through personalized treatment and education. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as a mentor, preceptor, and leader, helping to shape best practices and support the growth of fellow healthcare professionals.

Kelli earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University New Orleans. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and a Nursing degree from Charity School of Nursing. Kelli is nationally board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Outside of her professional life, Kelli enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, family, and friends.
