Jennifer Gilly, MSN, APRN, FNP-C | Nurse Practitioner

Jennifer Gilly is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center, where she brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to patient care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, a Certified Empowered Relief Instructor, and a National Society of Health Coaches–certified Health Coach.

With extensive experience in chronic pain management, functional restoration programs, and outpatient pain rehabilitation, Jennifer is passionate about helping patients not only manage their conditions but also restore balance, resilience, and quality of life. Her background in health coaching and pain education allows her to empower patients with the tools and confidence they need to take an active role in their healing journey.
