The Fascia Institute diagnoses the structural problem and performs the medical work — diagnostic ultrasound, Hydrofascia Release™, regenerative injection care, and the protocols Dr. Courseault has built around fascial pathology. FIT Therapeutics is where the tissue is then loaded back into shape — and where the modality and manual work that consolidates change actually happens.

You will never work with a tech. Every session is one-on-one with the clinician who diagnosed your case.

Louisiana is a direct-access state for physical therapy. You do not need a referral to begin care at FIT Therapeutics — not from us, not from a primary care physician, not from anyone. Most patients call, schedule, and start treatment the same day. Out-of-network superbills are available; HSA and FSA are accepted.
